Vietnamese noodle soup made from beef bones & reindeer bones (Meat broth), ginger, onions, and lots of aromatic spices (star anise, whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and coriander seeds) Pho soup includes broth (more than 10 hours cooking) and rice noodle, onions, coriander and Tofu, fish cake and shrimps
